Hey, VoCoVo—what’s new?

Imagine if every colleague could start their shift productively, rather than having to read endless updates on a static noticeboard. With VoCoVo, staff can access stored voice messages as soon as they pick up a Headset. So they can listen to store updates, important information and get up to speed on promotions while they start the day.

How does it work?

VoCoVo can integrate with the messaging tools you already use across your entire company to enable contact directly to specific Headsets, stores or areas. You type or dictate it and we’ll turn it to voice and deliver it.

  1. Prepare the message as normal
    Simply select your group or individual and type your message.
  2. Sent direct to Headsets
    We convert it to audio and send it to the Headsets in the chosen stores/areas
  3. Message awaiting colleague
    For colleagues who haven’t started their shift, the message will alert them as a callback when they pop their Headset on.
