Our Headsets are always evolving
Headsets are the backbone of the VoCoVo ecosystem and we want them to be perfect in every way. We’re now on our fourth iteration and, with each update, we’ve made small but significant changes to their design and functionality.
The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive. There’s nothing more rewarding than making an improvement to one of our products and then seeing it pay off in the real world. Some of the advantages are practical, while others are psychological. Here are the three benefits that colleagues mention the most:
Many stores are still operating with reduced colleague numbers. This means that you need to make every second count. Our Headsets are designed to reduce unnecessary walking so that colleagues can get more done in less time:

Safety is a major concern for colleagues. Almost 90% of colleagues experienced verbal abuse in 2020, and one in ten were physically assaulted. In our recent survey, 32% of colleagues said that stopping abuse was the biggest challenge facing stores.
