VoCoVo has earned certifications in the UK and Germany.

VoCoVo has been recognised as a Great Place To Work Certified Company in both the UK and Germany.

Great Place To Work is a global organisation that specialises in assessing, defining and certifying workplace culture. Their mission is to help companies build better, more resilient and sustainable businesses by improving workplace wellbeing and job fulfilment.

VoCoVo has earned its Great Place To Work certification in the UK for the second year running, and has been certified in Germany for the first time. Great Place To Work has also recognised VoCoVo on its list of Best Workplaces for Wellbeing in 2026.

Certifications are earned through a rigorous, data-driven process that evaluates the authentic employee experience, including a research-backed Trust Index™ survey to capture direct staff feedback. To earn this globally recognised credential, companies must have a minimum of 10 employees and reach a baseline score of 65% on the employee survey, providing independent validation of an outstanding workplace culture.

According to the Trust Index™ survey, 92% of VoCoVo’s UK employees said the company is a Great Place To Work, a 4% increase from the previous year. VoCoVo’s overall Trust Index has also increased from 80% to 83% in the last 12 months. The average UK business has a Trust Index score of 54%, according to Great Place To Work UK benchmarks.

VoCoVo is a UK-born, multi-award-winning business with more than 30 years of retail industry heritage and a rapidly expanding global presence. The company employs more than 200 people around the world.

We are incredibly proud to have been certified for a second year in the UK, and for the very first time in Germany, and we are grateful to every colleague who took the time to share their insights. The fact that 92% of our employees agree that VoCoVo is a Great Place To Work, against a UK average of 54%, really underlines our position as a place where employees are happy in their workplace. We are committed to being intentional about actively listening to our people, driven by our core values as a business. We know there is more to do, and the honest feedback we receive allows us to make positive changes that reflect what employees want to see at VoCoVo.
