Over four years ago, JYSK Denmark began using VoCoVo's S3 wireless headsets, laying the groundwork for what would become a major shift in team communication. While initial use was concentrated in Denmark, the main rollout to the wider JYSK estate, including regions such as Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, took place in October 2023. What started as a targeted initiative to improve team collaboration quickly evolved into a fully integrated solution across hundreds of stores. Finally, JYSK has found that VoCoVo simplifies staff onboarding. Training new employees to use the headsets is straightforward, as the devices are intuitive and require no formal training. The primary focus for new staff is simply on clear communication, enabling them to start using the system immediately.

For instance, if a shelf is empty, we can quickly ask a colleague in the stockroom to locate the item a customer is looking for.
