With more than 15 years of experience, Raysin built a career helping retailers transform operations and performance. She began her journey at inventory innovator DataScan during a period of rapid, private‑equity‑backed growth, where she opened new markets, led enterprise sales, and helped establish the foundational structures needed to scale a global sales organization. Raysin next joined the retail tech startup, OmniCounts, where she built the sales and go‑to‑market function from the ground up. Known for her consultative, diagnostic approach, Raysin excels at navigating complex stakeholder needs, simplifying processes, and creating robust, long‑term growth engines for retail brands.
