Virtual coffees and water-cooler moments, together with VoCo-Coffee coffee mornings hosted by staff, bingo, quizzes and escape-room experiences have allowed employees from across the company to get together. “No-meeting” times have been introduced to reduce Zoom fatigue.

Giving Something Back

94% of staff agreed my organisation encourages charitable activities

VoCoVo hosts multiple charitable events and makes donations to charities close to its heart. Last year, more than £10,000 went to local causes. The marketing team spent a day volunteering for the Wychwood Project, surveying the woodland for reptiles and creating owl boxes to be placed around the site.

At VoCoVo, our people shape our company. So we’re constantly listening, assessing and adapting how we do things to build an even better place to work. As well as spending time with all our different teams, I take quarterly pulse surveys and check-in with our employee representatives from each department to make sure everyone’s voice is heard, and that we’re continuously making changes for the better.
