We will agree next steps and set a time frame. We promise to keep you informed of progress until your problem is fully resolved.

If we can’t resolve the problem remotely and the product needs to be returned, we will give you all the information and supporting documents you need to ensure this happens quickly and efficiently. All we need from you is to complete the process as requested.

All new VoCoVo products have a manufacturer’s 12 month warranty period (This does not replace or limit a customer’s rights.)
